The extra large front deck on the G3 boats is what sold me over other aluminum bass boats. It also gives you alot of storage, 2 rod lockers that hold 4 each and 2 more dry boxes. The ride is very smooth and it performs well with the 115 horse motor, which is max hp rating for this hull.
Being an aluminum I think to help in the wind it would benefit from a stronger 24 volt troller. It currently has a 43 lb thrust 12 volt on it, but there are 3 batteries. 2 hooked together in a 12 volt setup gives you a ton of trolling time but i would trade it for a bit more strength.
