Re: I promise to look back
DENNY,
Why don't you go back to the Home Page and click on "Articles". There may be a whole lot of information there that will answer your questions better than asking them here. If your questions are not answered there, then come back and ask . Thanks, JackL |

Re: I promise to look back
Denny,
JackL gives some really great advice here. I would also check out http://www.bassresource.com They have tons of info there for bass fishing. Some of us get a little cranky during the winter months, since we can't pursue our passion. Don't take anything personal, it just nerves. Lizards |

Re: I promise to look back
Denny-don't worry about it. Recently we had someone flood the board with questions under several different user names so some people area little hyper about it and tend to be a little rude to new posters.
If you have a question, ask away! |

Re: I promise to look back
come on marty..
pnj 's last bath came when he "fell" into the west river 2 years ago.-i think he was pushed-only reason a pnj is his only lure is because of mind rot -he can't remember how to use the rest of them- and he needs a code ring-which il wont give him- to figure out how to work a pnj.. zooker

Re: I promise to look back
Thinking that it could be myself that made a regrettable comment, i went back and looked and really, Denny, I'm not quite sure what you are talking about as far as a rude comment. I mean zook told ya to turn the depth finder on, but in my mind that is sound advice ..plus you are just gonna be subjected to a little good natured joking here...
Anyways, welcome aboard again. |

pnj 's last bath came when he "fell" into the west river 2 years ago. [/quote] That's a tempting thought, falling into the West River. And was that pun intentional? (His last "bath". |

Re: I promise to look back
Marty, I would have drowned that day if it weren't for a boat near by to pull me out of the river. It was late March during ice out, the water temp was 34 degrees.I had carhartt artic gear on with layers of clothing under them and I couldn't do anything to save myself from drowning even though I was lifeguard qualified in the army.I felt like my body was on fire while I was in the water. After puking all over the guys boat that pulled me out and got me back into my boat before I threw up in his boat any more than I already had.I thanked him and headed home.Since then, I never fish during the winter alone anymore, I also bought the sospender vest. Zooker, I think when I nearly drowned, something happened because I never could spell as well as I do now.Maybe its something to consider. ;D I will be back in there in a few weeks looking to break last years personal best 7lb 1oz. bass which was caught on a pig n jig. Sorry for the abrasive word in the earlier post, I was ticked off to think someone can't ask questions without getting jumped on.Zooker, Keep on fishing whatever rods you use and I will stick with my Castaway Bud Pruitt flippin' sticks.P N J
