Default Multiple snakes

To answer a couple of things at the same time. One of the things I did on the initial cast was to tie the snake's body very loose. This will reduce the amount of energy that the snake obsorbs. I throw it on a 7'8" rod with 20 lbs test on my bait caster. It did take a lot of trial and error to figure out the perfect magnetic backlash settings.
As far as the Man's snake. I like it a lot if I can let it drop just beneath trees or bring it right across the tops of the lilly pads. I have found that those snakes and just about any plastic can be made to float if you mod them. What I did was go down to the local pharmacy and buy a bottle of clear pill capsles. They sell ones that are empty and you can put what ever meds you need inside of them and then put them together. I will seal them up with superglue and I have an instant float that can be inserted into any plastic. One every two inches seems to do the trick. I play around with them and sometime only make one side float when rigged wacky.
While the I have also used them to make my own rattles, but they are a very cheap plastic that does not produce much sound.
