Default Getting ready

Restringing reels, changing out hooks, and watching the deadliest warrior. Yeah, I am ready for tomorrow's tourney

If no one remembers 2nd, they sure as heck won't remember my 9th out of 20. Two teams had big fish that outweighed my stringer. I limited out, but only had 1 fish that broke the 3lbs mark the other two keepers were around 2.5. I finished with 8 lbs 3 oz.
I had no issues getting bites. 16 total fish brought to the boat, but just could not get any size.

Big fish came in at 11 lbs and change.

The most excitement was when I had a blow up on a frog only to find out that I had managed to hook another frog. While it got my heart pounding, it was all for nothing. That massive frog did end up with both hooks firmly in his mouth, but was released to anger another perspective fisherman.

I have had frogs blow up on my spro frogs several times. I would have expected it to happen to others as well. The big frogs are very much predators in the pads.
