A great evening of fishing
I made it down to a local pond this evening for about 45 minutes of fishing. While I only landed one, both my son and daughter each caught two. The numbers, nor the sizes were impressive, but being able to fish with both of my kids was great. My daughter is always up to fishing, but my 15 year old boy usually has very little interest in going. I don't know or care why, but he wanted to go today. It was great to spend some time with the two of them at the water.
All 5 fish were caught on dual bladed buzz baits. Mine on chartuse, the son's on white, and the daughter's on black. My daughter also lost one, but that is because all my buzz baits are barbless due to some of the local lake restrictions.

Thats great your son wanted to go. My two boys just are not interrested. I really wish they were. Maybe some day they will want to give it a go again. Sounds like your daughter is following in your foot steps. Thats great!
