I dont care how many mods your come up with, what exotic new lures are discovered, if you arent on the bass you arent gonna catch squat. There is no secret weapon except knowledge.

Absolutely. I believe those mods are just to tinker with and see if you catch something. If you find some "magical" mod that works ungodly well, then it can become part of your arsenal, but I wouldn't think that crankbait with the blade would be ANY better than a crankbait without one. You just need the knowledge like WTL said.

yeah..the thing is .. if you do it.. someone else will see it.. and try it.. so waste their time... maybe they'll catch something.. i've never caught anything off my 1/2 oz anyway
just took a beetle spin and put it on there.. i probally should have put it on the split ring.. but i stabbed my finger getting it off the bait so i got mad and did it my way.. it dosent swim diffrent.. just adds a little spin

Why don't you just try the Bill Lewis "Pro Trap"?
Wa-la! http://www.tacklewarehouse.com/descp...EWIS-BLPT.html And like WTL said, you're not going to catch diddly-squat unless you can find the fish, or at least those willing to bite, no matter how many new-fangled contraptions you wasted your time finding. There is no magic bait. |
