Default After the rain

After it rains are the fish gonna be more on the bottom or more towards the surface?

It depends on the severity of the rain.If it's a chunk floater,I would think that it would turn the bass off(that's just a guess.I'm no pro).On the other hand,an afternoon shower during the hot ,hot days here in the South seems to turn them on.

Lots of times the bass will move in the most shallow water after a big rain, where the lake level raises, they look for new food
I'd recommend that spinnerbait if the rain murked up the water....

if there was a ton of thunder they will be closer to the bottom, but if it was just rain they will be crusin the banks for insects that have fallen in.
