Thanks in advance,

First off, k-driz, that was my secret!!

Second, can you really use a lure to target specifically smallmouth? All of the large concentrations of smallmouth I've ever caught I've been fishing certain types of structure on the lake rather than fishing w/ a certain lure. I've caught smallies on everything from rattle traps to shad raps to poppers, walkers, spinnerbaits, inline spinners, jigs, carolina rigged smallie beavers, and the largest smallie ever, 22" long w/ a 16" girth, I caught at night w/ a black 7.5 inch culprit worm. They'll hit almost anything a largemouth will!!

Flippin4it, that "Jack's Worm" seems pretty cool. I am a big fan of the Case Salty Shads. Next time I order some, I will also order a couple of the Jack's Worms.

Do they only come in one size? Any other color that you like in addition to the natural?

Speaking of the natural color, I haven't really seen that color on any other soft plastic. Unfortunately, the natural didn't work to well for me w/ the Salty Shads. Instead, the fishies seem to prefer the smoke color.

Helgies or helgrammites. A larvae found in rivers and creeks, with some big ol pinchers. There are soft plastic versions out there but they are hard to find. I believe Case makes some though.
