Default Trolling Motor Rope

Hey guys, I have a question, I broke the rope on my trolling motor that pulls the motor up outta the water. I was wondering if there was any special rope that I can use that wont fray and break like this one did. Im sure any rope would work, but I was just wondering!! Thanks!

Northern bass has a metal cable type rope that is guaranteed against breakage, rotting, wearing out etc...
If you dial up northen bass you'll get a site which ofters a catalog.

funny me and reb just talked about this last time we talked.. we both agreed that keep the handle but buy lawn mower pull rope of the same size.. it last ALOT longer than the regular crap rope that comes on it..

Dang I thought it was to start the engine.. I wondered where you would put the gas in it too. No wonder it never worked..

lol @ captain...

yeah keeping a spare in the boat is nice. but it plum SUCKS tring to retie the rope to the release loop while your IN the boat.. i have a release mount which makes it easier. but still loading the boat and doing it is easier..
