Hi aiken.. we really appreciate your support! I encourage everyone to take an active role in supporting our sponsors by regularly visiting their websites and checking out their products/services. I do want to mention that Big Bass Zone isn't a sponsor, it's just a book I managed to get a hold of that's in limited supply... and I'm trying to get it out to the visitors here before they're all gone.

Put A Sock On It, however, is indeed a sponsor of BassFishin.Com... going on their 4th month of sponsorship. They make some really slick reel covers and rod socks that protect your equipment, especially for you shore anglers. I fish from shore quite a bit too and a rod sock will really save your rod from scratches and damaged guides. If there is one thing I hate, it's scratched up equipment!

the sock units are the chit when you start stackin rods in a rod box.. i have never seen a better product for your rod box that keeps the tangles to a minimun..

Thanks for the reminder. All of my rods had another brand of sock on them last year but I picked up several over the winter. I'll go make a count tomorrow and get some socks ordered from Put A Sock On It. I almost bought a rod rack but I'm glad I didn't since they only hold 12 rods or so. I've had over 20 in my box before and they all come out without tangles using socks.
