Welcome to the forum!

Take a look at a bait called a Tiki Stick which is made by Wave Worms. Â*It is a Senko type bait-if you aren't familiar with them:

I rig them like a Texas rig only weightless or rigged wacky. Â*good fish catchers.

Pick up some tiki stiks and tubes. Fish the tubes texas rigged with the sinker pegged right at the bait and use the lightest worm weight you got.

I had been using 6" plum colored rattle ribbon tail worms from Storm Lures in the lake I fish most of the time and doing pretty fair with them. I bought them a couple of years ago, but I haven't been able to find them any more.

I've gone through about 4 packs of the tikki sticks.
All wacky rigged, havent had a bump on the texas rig but last year tried the sticko T rigged with some success.
