Default Bass Fishing Florida

I have just started fishing Lake Harris in Lake County Florida, does anyone have some suggestions for locations and lures for bass fishing? Not a Tournament guy just do recreation fishing. Thanks. Highhawk

Can't help you with Lk Harris but I do have a question. Is there enough water in the cut to get to the river. I usually put in at Pana-Vista and fish down toward Jumper Creek. The last few times I've been there though, the water is too far down to get to the river. I'm planning another trip down in the next month or so and would sure like to fish there. Not a big fan of putting in at Wynnhaven.

Top Tiger, I had my boat at a fish camp but had to pull it because it was sitting in mud. Water is still very low. Talked with a guy using a jon boat and he said he was still fishing the river and outlet west of the railroad trussel. Hope that helps. I don't want to take my Nitro down there.

I"m not asking for big secret places, just some suggestions of where to start and lures to try! How about a little help?

Not to hijack but....those Florida folks dress like it's 40 out, not 70!

Thanks Kennethdaysale. Going Wednesday and that's my plan.

40"s is winter for us. Cut us open and we bleed sand.

I know that area......

Last time I was in there a guy said to me "MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HIT ANY BOATS"! I said ok. Upon leaving I told him "HAVE A NICE DAY"....He ignored me. Guess he was upset that some of the fish went for a boat ride.
