My family got together at Mom's for Easter too.

Mom baked a ham and a turkey and also put together all of this: mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, fried-rice, hawaiian rolls and a fruit salad. I pitched in with baked mac&cheese and my sister brought a big plate of deviled eggs. Oh yeah, and somehow I had room for cake and icecream too. It was a good day!

I really need to go on a diet.

We spent Easter Sunday after church at my son in laws parents house with the new grand daughter Aubrey, and had a wonderful Lasagna and salad and beets n eggs, plus ham and sweet taters and pnut butter pie. Then the grandmas took about a million pics of the baby

Bcklash, remember that episode of the Andy Griffith Show where Andy and I think Helen were just finishing their big spaghetti dinner, then got to thinking they'd been invited to dinner somewhere? They went to Howard's house, and he and his wife or whoever fed them, then turned out they hadn't invited them, they were just being polite. So then Andy thought maybe somebody else invited them, so they went to that house and were fed out of politeness, and finally to a third house where the same thing happened. They ended up eating 4 BIG meals in one night.
You reminded me of that episode.
