Default What was your biggest bass in 2011?

What was your biggest weighed bass of 2011? Here are mine.

Largemouth - 4lb 10oz - details and pics in this thread. (September 8, one day after my birthday, and I caught by best 5-bass total ever that morning with 15lb 8oz!)

Smallmouth - 4lb 2oz - details and pics in this thread. (August 8)

Please share your best of 2011 if you feel so inclined, along with details and pics if you like.

My biggest Largemouth of the year was a 5-3 that I caught in the reservoir down the road. He choked a KVD 1.5 in Chartreuse Sexy Shad

My biggest Smallmouth of the year was also a 5-3 that was caught on Erie, dragging a Poor Boy's Mango Magic Tube with a prototype 3/8 oz. goby glider tube head.

My biggest largemouth of 2011 isn't worth mentioning.
My biggest smallmouth was 22" and 6 lbs.

I dont even remember, which means not big enough. I think I had 4 or 5 in 2010 that were bigger than big bass from this year.

I'm in the same boat as WTL, nothing big enough to really even remember. I know I caught a couple over 4lbs but nothing over 5.

Great fish guys!
My biggest LM was 5 even.
If I remember correctly, it was the same day Bama caught his 8.2.

I think I figured out how it works....
My last 3 biggest were in the last 3 seasons.

4.5 PB
5.5 Upgraded PB
5.0
Looks like I'm gonna get a 6 next season

Biggest largemouth of the year was 7 even on an Excalibur Erratic shad on a snowy, cold day in February.

Biggest Smallmouth of the year was 5 even on a Lucky Craft CB Zero this fall. Fattest smallmouth I've ever caught!

My biggest LM came this spring out of a small semi private lake She was about 8 lbs. but I didn't have a scale with me as I was fishing out of a little pontoon boat so I couldn't bring my 5 tackle boxs Here she is, that's a 6" Chartreuse Sink-N-Fool stickin out of it's mug ;

My best largemouth was 5.6 lbs caught on a RC Wake over grass in a small feeder creek off Occoquan creek. Fish was caught in late October in a friends new boat.

Didn't catch any smallies last year. I really need to get out and catch some this year.

I'm going to make a conscious effort to target smallies this year. There's a few good smallie lakes around here
