Help Needed
Don't beat me up guys, I am sure that this is probably supposed to be posted somewhere else but,....
The Reel American Heros Foundation needs boaters for the May 5th tournement. I talked with the founder a couple of weeks ago and he needed 30 more boats. I was not able to go last year but I am excited to attend this year. It is not so much a tournement as it is a way to help some of us vets that need some time to relax and feel normal again. I have a boat and will be glad to take folks out. If you have a boat and live in the DC/VA/MD area please take a Saturday to help out. Same here. Past few years I have done a Wounded Warriors tournament on Choke Canyon south of San Antonio. Extremely rewarding, and I think us boaters get more out of it than the soldiers we fish with.
If anybody has the opportunity to do one of these tournaments, do it. You won't regret it.
