I was thinking with time running out it might be a good time to get an update for everyone on what the standings are. Any of the directors want to update us?

As of right now, the standings are as follows:

carolina-rig-01 in 1st at 68%

bluebasser in 2nd at 67%

joedog in 3rd at 61%

We've got about 2 weeks left to try to beat these weights.

Thanks for the update buddy. I haven't been able to follow this as close as I wanted and I was sure that bluebasser would have knocked me out of the lead by now.

Congratulations buddy! That's a great reason to take a break from fishing. I hope mom and baby are doing good!

That's awesome! Congrats to you and your wife.
As for the contest, I'm done for this year too. But looking forward to next year for sure fishing a new to me body of water that holds great promise. Lost a monster at the side of the boat first time out there this fall on a lipless crank that maybe would have put me in placement for the contest.

Congratulations to the top 3, Crig, Blue, Joe. Maybe one day I'll get the chance to fish with you. And Blue I'm really happy for you and your wife too.

Thanks guys. Momma is doing really well, baby is a lot better. He's been in the NICU since he was born dealing with a variety of issues. He's tackled all of them and now we're just down to a 3 day observation period to make sure he's ready to go home. The head doctor and his nurses seem to think he'll be home before Christmas so we're hoping they're right!

Great news man! You all are certainly in my prayers and I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas. Next time you head west and come around here to go fishing holler at me, maybe we can hook up for a day or two on Grand, Stockton, or Table Rock.

What's the rush? I've still got a few more days left to fatten up the bass I've been raising in my bathtub all year...

My wife is a NICU nurse. That's one job I know 100% I couldn't do.
If you have any questions about anything that you're unclear on, let me know and I'll ask her.
Glad he's coming home soon.

Awesome! Not only will it be great to see Walker's work up close, but it will be even better to slide a rod sock over it and put it in the rod locker when I'm done!!!

Congratulations Kory, Clayton and Joe! I will get the ball rolling on this and get in touch with the prize winners and prize builders. Kory, you are in for a treat! Walker's recent work blows anything else I've seen lately out of the water!

Congrats to the winners! It's hard to believe it's already been a year since this contest started. The years fly by faster and faster all the time, except for the winters which drag slower and slower all the time.

Just send him whatever lure you want painted and a picture of whatever you want it to look like. Thanks Donnie!

Also we're trying to put together a 3rd place goodybag. Donnie says he'll kick in 2 or 3 pre-painted Customs and I'll put together a 100ct bag of my locally famous hand poured soft plastics. We were hoping maybe some of our members that make jigs/spinnerbaits/buzzbaits and such might feel good about kicking in some samples as well. Still got lots of time to figure it out but 1st and 2nd prize are set and outstanding!

I hope I got all that right? joedog did all the legwork putting 3rd place together and getting Donnie invloved........thanks joe!..........oh yea donnie says he wants to enter as well so we'll soon see his name added to the roster!

This is going to be Fatnastic!!

I had almost forgotten all about the custom crank, how do I go about getting mine for second? I actually have one (and maybe a couple more I'd like to get done that I could pay to have painted) that I'd like to send to have done if that's alright?
