Default chartreuse spill on boat

Made a little mess. I spilled a few big drops of the chartruese plastics dye on my boat. Is there anyway to get this out. Boat is aluminum.

I've never tried it, but Spike-It has this dye neutralizer for removing stains from carpet.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. Might try a mixture of white vinegar and water as well, it does a great job of cleaning fiberglass boats and it may work.
