Post Custom Spinnerbaits

Here are some custom spinnerbaits that I made tonight. They are made with sharp gamakatsu hooks, premium blades, ball bearing swivel, and silicone skirts. Also, these have large realistic eyes. 3/8 oz. They are $5.50 ea.

Yes, I have fished them before. I mostly fish the baits that I make. I have caught tons of bass on these spinnerbaits. Thanks for the welcome.

Here is another one I made earlier. This is a good fall bait when the shad are schooling. This one is $6.50. Same quality components as the others including the sharp gamakatsu hook.

How about a solid white, like the last one pictured with a single blade, colorado, indiana, and willowleaf blade. In other words does the single blade or color of blade/skirt make any difference or is the the more the blades the higher the price? I'm interested in some single bladed spinnerbaits. Actually I would like a differrent blade than isn't shown. I actually don't know the name of it, but it's close to a willow leaf, but thicker and wider. Anychance of some of those, in different sizes?

Hi, Lizard. Basically, the more components used the higher the price. Or some special blades may cost more. Are you talking about a wide willowleafblade? If so, I dont have any of those at this time but Im putting an order in tonight for more supplies. If you want I could get some of those to make you one. Here is a pic of that blade. Is this what your talking about?

Yes those are it, glad to finally put a name to that blade Yes I'm interested in some single bladed one with those blades. I need to know what sizes of the spinners you make wieght wise. Looking for 1/4oz-3/4oz sizes. Some in All black for night fishing, the rest in either all white, or wht/chart. Plus maybe a few in chartreusse blades, and white blades. I guess I need to figure out what I want. Anyway is there a price break for quantity and if so what is it. If not, then just shoot me a price per spinnerbait, with a single wide willowleaf (if color matters say so) in the different sizes if there is a difference, for size.

Lizard, those wide willowleaf cost a little more than regular willow or colorado. A spinnerbait you wanted will cost this:

1/4 oz : $5.50
3/8 oz : $5.65
1/2 oz : $5.75
3/4 oz : $6.00

Does this include freight, if not what's the charge?

Plus shipping. Your choice of method. If you were just getting a few, shipping would only be a couple bucks.

Those spinners look really good. I am curious where you get all the components to put those together.

I got the heads and skirts from stamina. The rest I get from the local tackle store.

Hi zooker. Yes I believe that is a fair price, thanks for backing me. This isnt the cheap stuff as some may think. It cost a good penny to get the supplies and pay shipping on top of that. Im using .35 diam. wire. I am getting into airbrushing also. Been experimenting and practicing with it so far. Got an order coming in tomorrow with some different blades and head styles along with some skirts.

I gotta jump in here and say that $6 bucks a bait is not that bad kh1501. What spinnerbaits do you use. War Eagle (my favorite). Terminator (my next choice) Nichols Pulsators or what? All the GOOD spinner baits on the market that are mass produced are anywhere from 4.95 to as much as 8 or 9 bucks a bait. Now you add in the fact that they are CUSTOM baits. Cant figure out why you would post what you did. Custom baits are the best just ask the pro's.It will blow your mind what they pay for the custom line of baits they use. It all goes back to the old addage "You get what you pay for"

Garrison,

How much for some spare skirts? Just trying to decide if I want to order or not. They look good, and aparently you are using good stuff. I currently have a liking to Terminators, but I can't find exactly what I'm looking for, and I don't want to start making them myself LOL
