Default Shaky Worm Rig

I have read so much about the shaky worm technique and have decided to give it a try. I picked up some Zoom trick worms and some Katsu' hooks with spirals coming out of the jig head. The spirals look really big. I am wondering if these jigheads will work with the trickworms.

Question: What jighead should you use with this rig? What what worm is best? What size is best?

As always, my thanks for your anticipated responses.

it's the latest craze ......and it works.....the boring part is just shaking your rod tip to move the bait....i get so anxious ...i love the excitement of crankbaits toooooo much......it will have to get alot warmer for me to slow down....lol.....

The shaky head style has been around forever. I've been fishing it since I even knew what it was called. I just called it a jig headed worm, because thats all it is. I like a 1/8 ounce jig head when I'm fishing in grass, and a 1/4 ounce when I'm fishing deeper structure or drop offs.
