Default shallow or deep?

Getting ready to go fishing and Its kinda cold... suppose to rain in a little while... and i was wondering if i should fish deep or shallow? I was thinking about throwing a C-Rig and some crankbaits and maybe a ratltrap ...

I'd start deep and gradually move shallower if you have no success. Good Luck

Catch em up
