question
Would a cold front affect the bass stationed around a powerplants warm runoff?

I've had times where it seemed to effect them in a way that they could still be caught but they wouldn't chase a lure very far. They really wasn't sluggish, just more selective.

I think it would be a high or low in th barometer pressure. I think it would have a greater effect on or around the warm water at a power station.

have to go with ranger on this.
a jointed shad rap or a 4" worm would be the best bet maybe a rat trap suspender-depends on water color. zooker

I got a powerplant lake about 20 miles from me that I have fished alot. I can tell you this. The closer to the hot water outlet the more the fish are bothered by the front.

it's all based on barometric pressure. Just becasue temps drop dpesn't mean pressure drops. In a non pressure situation, when the area waters get cold, the power plant waster should have them biting.
