Default Are there fish in Paupackan Lake, PA?

I go fishing every weekend on Paupackan lake because apparently it is a hot spot for bass fishin. I have only caught one bass and three crappies in three months. And the bass was only 2 pounds and 7 inches long. I swithed to Gary Yamamoto bait and thats how I caught the bass. I do have some luck by one area of lilly pads. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
