Lowe Skorpion Set up
I am looking to purchase a Lowe Skorpion. Problem is I mainly fish in a reservoir that restricts size of engine to 9.9hp. One dealer says 9.9 is fine another dealer says no. Any suggestions. Thanks for any suggestions I can get

It will work, but will you be happy with it, I doubt it. I wonder if a 9.9 even has enough power to get it on plane.
