Default Making your own Lead Heads

I am looking to getting into making my own jig heads. I am looking at getting a melting pot, ingots, hooks etc. I think it will be fun as well as cost effective. I just wanted to see what you guys thought about it and if you do it or done it what tips you may have

It's not cost effective at the start, that's for sure, but it is fun!

The best piece of advice I can give is to be SAFE, screw all the other crap, be SAFE. If you have any questions, i'll be glad to help.
