Default Lake Cumberland, Kentucky???

Hello
I live in central Kentucky and will be making a trip down to Lake Cumberland and I was wondering what I will need to buy at my local baitshop to catch so wicked big lagrmouth. I will be fishing from like 6:00pm-9:00pm. Any help will be greatly appreacated.

don't know if it is like Kentucky lake at all but I would try a 4 inch zoom finese worm dropshoted. You should also check it out on the net and look for reports.

Use chicken liver, you might catch the same cat that stole my dads pole back in '85. I doubt the reel would be any good after all this time, but maybe the pole.

For the bass, I'd pick up some wild shiners (if they have them) along with some minnows.

for sure!

we rented a houseboat (my immediate family, along with one of my aunts and uncles and cousins. One night my dad was fishing, no bites. They started playing cards. Heard a thump thump and the pole was gone. Its a nice lake.
