Default Gotta question about a OB

Will your low oil sensor make your rev limiter kick in?? thanks.

It's my understanding that the only thing that makes your rev limiter kick in is when your RPM's hit the designated limit. Your avatar picture suggest that you are running a Skeeter which makes me think you are also running a Yamaha. I don't have any experience with Yamahas but is it possible that your oil level is low enough that your motor is throwing itself into guardian mode and pulling back the power on the motor to prevent you from running out of oil?

Yea that's what im thinking i believe that my oil sensor is bad cause ill get it checked out shouldn't be a big problem i hope.
