right now since its post spawn here in florida down sizing ur baits will increase your catch 3:1 so anybody fishing post spawn should definately try it

Welcome to the forum bud. Just to add a little note at times it doesnt hurt to go the other way and really increase the size like instead of throwing the 7" worm throw a 11" version. Bigger meal for the effort. One lake in particular that I fish is notorious for giving up some really good size bass in post spawn by throwing big plastics.

down sizing has always worked up here even in the middle of summer
