Drag them across the slop. Swim them from pad to pad. Let them fall between surface clutter, (pads, grass, weeds). I just read to let them fall to the bottom and the action is similiar to a senko.

I have tried them and found they don't run as good as the Ribbit, they are not as loud and the feet just kinda flutter behind the lure. But basicly just as Bassinbob said throw it pretty much anywhere and reel it in.
