Default Turkey day need details

We have a great cross section of America here, so lets share our Turkday menus.
Here is mine..
Today we purchased the biggest bird man has ever seen. 25.8 lbs of Butterball Turkey. We also picked up a Tony Chackers butter/garlic injection kit for that Cajun Taste and it will be rubbed with Tony's
Sandy's (Wife)Cranberry sauce
Oyster stuffing
Sweet Potato Casserole
Green Bean Casserole
Pumpkin Pie
Greens
Apple pie
Mashed taters
Tater salad
Beignets with coffee chocolate sauce.

Café au lait

Aperitifs like B&B , Tina Marie , Drambuie , Godiva , and a 50 year old brandy will aid in digestion.

This year I asked all those attending to please bring your own dam tupperware for the left overs.. Last year I lost half of mine..

Dadgum, I thought you'd be serving catfish.
We usually have a traditional roast turkey, ham, mashed taters and gravey, baked sweet potatoes, corn, lima beans (mix mine together for succatash), cranberries, stuffing with more gravey, cole slaw, cornbread, pecan and pumpkin pies for dessert. Coffee or tea. I start cooking tomorrow...
I just ordered a smoker, next year I am planning on smoked turkey breast and probably a brisket to change up the menu a bit. I have a whole year to get it perfected.
