thats all in the last year too... I just bought my boat a couple years ago. i threw out all my old stuff, except a few pieces.

In 1.5 years ive bought 20+ rods/reels , mostly curados, cruxis, shimano sierras, whatever. and all the tackle you see + 14 more boxes + about 100 bags of plastics haha. sickness

Crab, You are a definite tackle addict. You could sell half that stuff and get a bunch of lomis rods. Any of you guys try the new Falcon boxes? I got a bunch of them last month. They are NICE.

i dont even think i want to see how many rods you guys have i have 4 combos that are good for bass and you guys probably have 100 or somthin lol. must have good jobs for all this stuff. but if you love fishin then it money well spent. if i had the money i would do the same thing though.

i have alot, but not as much as some of you, i am always adding more and more, im 15 and started adding to my tackle about 1-2 years ago, myself, i always just let my dad get the stuff, and i would use it,but then i realy got into the sport, started realy learning and then went crazy lol. but now i have a varity of everything, and am pleased with what i have but will never stop buying more and more, it took me only about 1-2- years to get all i have. 3 boxes of hardbaits a Large tackle box of plastics, just stored in there for winter probley fill up 5-6 boxes (as of right now,had more) and more tackle. Cant get enough (i dont have enough, maybe) but its fishing just love it.
Plus what my dad has lol, he does not have much he is real big on plastics, he has a box or 2 of hardbaits.

Crab,

would you please post a closeup of that blueish zipper style worm from Venom, or pm it to me or email it to me? Also what size/sizes, and colors they offer?

Thanks in advance

Yep sure! Its a 5 inch zapper worm by venom. Thats the only size the tackle box in Ironton has and he has a few other colors. The color is called black/blue shad. I bought them at the tackle box in Ironton ohio 740-533-1187. they were 1.99. I also purchased the regular zipper worms and the lizzards and zipper worm jr. for 1.99 at toledo bend tackle 318-256-5613. Hope that helps you.

Those are some great pictures and lures/gear, no doubt. But in the last year I am coming closer and closer to the conclusion that, if you want to catch bass every time you fish, any day/week/month, winter thru fall that all you really need to bring is this -------

o JB, just my little plano I take when I skip out for lunch on a local pond. Never fails me it seems especially in cold water...

Just some 3" Slider grubs and lite heads is all..
Warm trend in Northeast middle next week, how long does it take to ice out just a little????

The ice will hang on until we get a real windy day, then it breaks up if its in the 40's for a week

Well seems temps will hit 40 + around here in NJ starting Tuesday. Hope so and just want a little spell to open up the north shore of my local ponds. Can catch bass with plenty of ice still on water, but gotta have some open water somewhere.. That's where these grubs shine too!!
Tight Lines soon!
