The Rapala DT series is an easy way to go by. For example, a DT10 crankbait will Dive To 10 feet. A DT16 will dive to 16 feet. The Strike King 5XD is advertised to run 15 ft down. The Norman DD22 will take you to about 17 foot. Thats a few to look at. Most of your crankbait packaging now tells you the max diving depth. Bear in mind though, the advertized running depth of any crankbait is based on ideal conditions and is largly determined by how far you can cast the lure and the line size. Long casts and smaller diameter line will help a crankbait to run deeper. And a good crankbait casting rod will help you get that casting distance.

My favorite hands down would be the Bomber Fat Free Shad. But I have several baits in that diving depth that I like a lot, the Strike King 5XD series is another one that comes to mind.

The H20 crankbaits I've used have been really good baits. Don't let the low price fool you. I have a lot more experience with the shallow cranks but I haven't had any trouble with the deep baits I've used either. They have a new one that runs deeper than their older deep diver, it has a bigger bill and goes 3'-5' deeper than the old one.

H20 CRD+ are the deepest divers. They have them listed at 16'-22'.

The CRD's look about the same and are about the same size but they only go to about 15'.

The SPRO DD do work, they are a good bait, they have a flat side so they have a little tighter wiggle than some of the others, they also pull/dig harder than most of the other deep diving baits.

I have had good luck with the Norman DD22, good bait at a fair price.

I throw wally-divers from time to time for that depth. They're primarily a walleye crank, but I always catch bass on them whether I'm trying to or not! They're relatively inexpensive too.

Luhr Jensen. To get even more depth buy the trolling series then take a cigarette lighter and slightly bend up the outer 2 "leaves" of the clover leaf bill design
