Default Vendetta rods $29.96 !!!

That's right. I was reading the Sunday morning adds and the Walmart add has a One Time Offer for Garcia Vendetta rods on sale for only $29.96. I rarely even look at our Walmart for fishing tackle, but I am going to be sure to check it out. At that price, you can't really go wrong.

I bought one at our local wal mart this morning, along with a dozen bags of YUM for $1.50 apiece plus a spool of power pro and some VMC wacky weedless hooks. Got all of it for less than the original price of the Vendetta.

Stopped into Wally World today. No Vendetta's, let alone at $30. Oh well, I don't really need 'em, but that would've been a great price for my friend who I'm teaching to fish this year.

I stopped by our Walmart, and they have about 20 Vendettas, but not the one I would have been interested in of course.

Sorry but a TWO pole purchase made due to a BF.com heads up post....WELCOME TO THE MONKEY CLUB!

Your life will now change for eternity!
You will NEVER be able to enter a store NOW without strolling through to find something 'fishing related'.

PLUS you got Walkers number.....good luck buddy!

Don't forget the 'new' high end line for the reels you WILL BE BUYING.
Need a 'NEW' bait to try on the new setups too.
Oh, a heads up, the Monkey prefers if you purchase lures in multiples cause you know you 'need at least TWO of everything....even if you really don't plan on throwing said lure much.

Corey, you are DEFINITLY part of the club NOW....may God be with you.

You forgot to mention the new tackle bag or bags to store all the new monkey fodder in.

Keith I have to confess...

I went and looked at them.
Absolutely no need WHAT SO EVER.
Never owned or handled an Abu rod even.
Know no one who has fished them.

But yet, due to my great faith in how many of you folks like their rods.
Had to go check them out.

I was surprised.
Nice feel and actually a nice looking rod.
Almost had me convinced that it was probably time for my 5yr old grandson to move up from spinning equipment.

I resisted.
Monkey has it's mind on so much since like FEB. that I think I may of caught him napping.
It literally has WON EVERY SINGLE contest since Feb.
First victory this year.

But you got me on this one.
I do my grocery shopping a Wally's at like 3-4 am. Some times after checking the freind I shop.
Place is obviously empty so rifling through and testing rods is GREAT.

Resistance is futile!!! You WILL submit to every whim and demand made by the Monkey. Failure to do so will bring great consequences.

I love the Vendettas. I have 4 of them and I beat the heck out of them on fish and logs. My local WW has been blowing out the previous models for around $50 but I haven’t seen $25. I was waiting for the Falcon Bucoo to drop some more. Last I check they were down to $79. But I know the Vendetta is a tough SOB so I don’t think I'm going to try the Falcon.
