Default Tempuratures of Fishing

For some reason, Indiana is having a sudden temperature drop down to the 40's. I was wondering if any fish bite lures or baits at the 30-40 degree type water. Keep in mind that I fresh water fish usually.

Yep. Just remember the colder the water the slower you fish. Jig-n-pig, shakey head rigs and suspending jerkbaits seem to work best.

Ah, just a few minutes ago, I bought a rat-l-trap in black, chrome, and blue, an x-rap 10, and some smokin shad colored super flukes... time to go fishing?

Anytime you can go is time to go fishing.

Fish bite year round, Ive caught smallies through the ice.....

One of my favored baits for early spring bass fishing are Gizit tubes in a natural color, but as with any other type of fishing it changes from day to day and area to area, but one thing is for sure, the fish are usually always biting, its just a matter of one finding them and two putting the right bait in front of em..
