They are good, some anyway.Chinese copies are even cheaper, some dont work quite as well but those most popular ones seem to be the same get ate.
If your catching fish on a bandit 200 why bother other than to have something different every now and then, buy 1 or 2 not the lot.Lil John is a good bait, and one that would run say 6 ft anything else can be done with a 5 dollar lure just as well,my opinion .
The jerkbait is where they are above and beyond most crankbaits are semi created equal coming out of a mold made in plastic.I have several 16-18 dollar traps cant say ive caught more on them than a 3 dollar trap yet have them due to weight not available in many brands 3/4 and 1oz,didnt go crazy own three total.

Spro is a top notch bait company. Their baits are original, come with good hooks, in good colors and flat out catch fish. They are a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

If someone has sunk so low as to make fake Lucky Strikes, I feel for them.

I have ran into and talked to several people about jerkbaits aswell, saying that they dont care much about were there cranks come from, but they get relgious about the submerge depth of jerks.. people allways are so talkative at dicks... i have a few jekbaits but didnt catch a single thing on them, lipless dominated my cold months

My guess is that Wally meant to say fake Lucky Crafts not Luck E Strikes.

Spro is a top of the line bait company in my opinion. I would put the quality of their products up there with the biggest names in the tackle industry such as Lucky Craft, Megabass, and Jackall and in some cases I think their baits are better made. They have an excellent prostaff filled with some of the most talented anglers in the world and they allow their prostaffers to have total control when they are designing their baits. You will be hard pressed to find a better crankbait than the Little John series. I would also look real hard at the McSticks if you are a jerkbait fan.

Nah dont believe he did by mistake all the rest of you non smokers is against us and yes I buy fake lucky strikes when ever possible, but dad gum it not enough boats in canuck crossing these days so rolling my own.Put an end to tobacco taxation and fake lucky strikes.
As for rumors that h20 and lucky craft some baits look alike and may be made in same factory, correct sherlock some are the same made same place, different quality inspectors different stamps.Your gulf battery is made same plant by the way a sears die hard is,Globe union in Batavia Il.Different stickers same battery with different names and numbers in another brand called commercialism and capitalism.Die hard is no different than a sunoco equivalent number, cost of course will vary across the board for the same battery with different name brands.Or nicknamed pulling the wool over the sheeps eyes.

I can't wait to get my McSticks! They apparently have a strong interrest from other anglers. The ones I have on order with TW have been on back order since March!

I am not even going to pretend to understand what you are talking about, but since I am against tobacco use I better go spit my dip out real quick.

I guess I am not looking in the right places because I have never seen a Luck E Strike knockoff??? I am in no way knocking H2O baits because I really like them a lot. But say that two brands of any product are the same thing with a different name because they are made in the same facility is a false statement. By your reasoning Rangers, Tritons, and Stratos boats are all the same.

To directly answer your question: yes. The little johns MD's are awesome crankbaits. I own probably 8 spros. I do have to fix the first one I got because its been beat up. Has hit bridges and rocks, and caught probably 50 fish, and on the last day on Texas it started taking on water.

Nobody can ever answer that question for someone else. People can give you loads of information on a product, but only you can decide if it's worth it.

For example, I've read much information on how good (or not so good) various expensive crankbaits are, but they're not worth it to me, as I'll generally not spend more than $7-8 for one.

Another example: I paid $2000 for my canoe. Many people wouldn't pay 25% of that for a canoe, but for various reasons I did and felt it was well worth it.
