Default If anyone is interested

I am sure you could get a heck of a buy on this Skeeter when it comes up for sale. May need a little buffing out though lol.

Gosh darn it! It's a bass boat, not a bull dozer!

All of that flooded timber kinda reminded me about what we all encountered in the back of Bear Creak this past May at the Get-Together. Tons of flooded willow groves.

The guy had to have been fishing for a bunch of money and must have been really convinced that it would be worth it to get back there off the main river, which it usually is if you are willing to take the punishment to get off the beaten path. The only way I would consider doing that is if I payed my bills tournament fishing and knew that there were big fish to be caught once I got to them.

I can understand wanting to get back there, especially if it was the only access point from the tournament waters, but I woulda done it in a cheaper rig. Especially since it was only practice.

I imagine if it was a 3 eared prop he came back with 1 ear left and every screw in the boat loose

Perhaps, but watch again...looked to me like he aims for the wood where there are places he could easily avoid it.

Yea I noticed that too. I can't even begin to understand why, unless it was just too shallow in the open spots to have the boat in.

LOL...Down here especially when the river backwaters get up you see that all the time. If a person attempts to follow the creek channel through the maze it will amaze you how far back you can actually get into some water that hasnt been previously fished.LMAO I would love to take a couple of you into Shallow Lake.....a oxbow off the Quachita River........I have to head into it at FULL THROTTLE on plane full tilt boogie to get in....but after getting in the fishing is plain AWESOME! Now of course I check water levels before attempting to go in.......River at 65 or less NOPE aint doing it ......ABOVE 65 ....LOOK OUT here I come.
