$15.00 is what the post office charges for a shipping tube and postage.
I have no control over that and do not make any profit from shipping.
If the cost to ship to you is $ 12.95, that is all I would ask for the buyer to cover.

Is the casting rod a M or MH? If you are close to Brighton would you consider local pickup/meet somewhere?
Also what size are the tubes on your website?

Thanks for your interest, however I have sold the Rods.
I do have a Dicks Sporting Goods 6'6" spinning rod Med for sale.
It is a good rod brown in color, great shape. Hardly used.
Best offer.
