Default Spruce Run Resivior, from shore

fished in the recreational area this morning, saw real nice bass surfacing and going nuts. Tried everything I could to reach them, but they were about 30-60 ft out of casting distance. I caught 1 perch :-[ on a small inline spinner, had a largemouth hit my 4 inch power worm. Bassintom, if you know where the recreational area is, on the point you walk out on, you can see a chair on the oppostie bank, This is another area where the bass were going nuts this morning.

the bass here have been schooling up the shad and chasing them like crazy... I have thrown white spinnerbait at them but no luck , however have thrown various other baits and get hits..I just like the spinnerbait action, esp in the fall when the shad are flipping everywhere and all the bass has to do is yawn and get a sammie lol
