Default New Pond

Hey guys I'm going to try a new pond I found tonight. It looks to be shallow with a lot of pads and weeds. I saw some real big bass swimming so I know there in there. I just picked up some 4" manns flippin craw and some zoom ultravibe speed craws and was looking for ways to fish them. I was thinking t-rig or on a jig? I've never used them before so the advice would be very helpful.
