Default Place to buy Mercury Prop?? Which to use??

I was wondering if anyone knows of a place with good prices on Mercury props? Wholesale or dealer only works too.

Also which prop would you guys run?
I have a 17ft Triton with a 125hp Mercury.
Has a 23p now and this is what mercury says to use
- LaserII in a 24p or 26p
- Trophy Plus in a 24p or 25p

Thanks.

whats wrong with your prop and how many rpms does it turn now? i dont see that combo turning a 25 let alone a 26 prop. id guess 22-23 is about all it will turn efficiently. for example, mine turns a 25 but its a dog out of the hole and top end is about 5100-5200. and it drinks gas like no tomorrow,. im on a 23 tempest now and its great on gas and speed and holeshot. but i have a 175 on a 17ft cajun.

Nothing wrong with the prop. Just want to get a little more performance out of the boat.
I not sure about rpm's but got to be at 5200 or so. Doing mid 50's well that's what the boat speedo says.

Do you have a jackplate? Mainly I'm curious because it makes setting the motor height easier. I would try setting that right first, then if you still want more performance try a 4 blade. I switched from 3-4 blade and had to reset the motor, but I like the boat a lot better now. Great holeshot, almost the same top end (a few MPH slower, not much), and the handling is A LOT better. My RPMs were too high with the 3 blade so I went with the same pitch in a 4 blade and dropped them down, if you want to keep the same RPM then go down a pitch or two with a 4 blade. Really need to know your water pressure, RPMs, and it would be good to know your motor height to make a better recommendation.

if youre at 5200 now, you need less prop not more. going up in pitch will likely make the boat more of a dog and you will turn less rpms than that even.
