Angry &%$## insurance companies!!

This happened last Thursday. The guy's insurance company told me Friday some one would call me by Monday about coming to look at the car. That person called me yesterday and said he'd be around today, tomorrow at the latest. WTH takes so long to come look at a car? I know they are busy, but it's been a freakin week and I got no transportation!!! (end unreasonable rant, but not the rage)

Probably the reason why insurance is so expensive. It takes a week for them to look at your car and end up paying for you to get a rental. Then it takes another week to repair it so then they pay for repairs and rental costs. You'd think they'd do the math and figure out that if they got the cars repaired sooner they'd save money. Then you'd pay less and probably let your friends know and maybe they'd get more customers.

Dang Stick the Sentra took a lick! Get one of those neck braces and wear it to his insurance office and tell them you have developed a debilitating spinal problem from waiting around on the couch for the adjuster

Stick, file claim with your insurance. They pay and THEY chase the other guy.
No fault claim has zero effect on your insurance.
Sorry to hear about the mishap!

I got allstate. They called me right away cause they got a number wrong and thought the guy that hit me was uninsured. It's his insurance, nationwide, that's giving me a hard time.

Agree its the other guys insurance that is giving you a hard time, same with me as allstate did absolutely nothing.Car repair place called me to pick my truck up and said but it wont start, battery is busted.made them place a battery in it.Car rental was by my the repair shop charged to them. They kept repairs as small as could be as kept on the repair shop no rep from allstate helped.Picked my truck up returned rental was getting married next day, dash fell down while driving, took my bosses caddy, left truck at home for honeymoon.
Yes gave everyone involved quite an earfull, but not enough truck never ran right, crabbed, horn wouldnt blow half the time had 3600 at time of accident on it.
To this day would love to punch my rep in the mouth and im not normally violent.

Well the insurance company finally got things squared away. Took that to get a down payment and stuff on this. 2001 ford ranger with 148,000 miles but the engine and everything was taken good care of. Hard as heck to find a decent price and decent vehicle this close to a military base, so had to go out of town looking. It's a d**n shame people rip of our soldiers the way they do. Anyway, here it is, some of you saw it on facebook yesterday.

Nice truck stick. Funny, I'm going to a Ford dealer to look at a Chevy Trailblazer this saturday. Even though I understand you are never to buy a different manufactured car from a different dealer.

I have had three rangers.
each got over 245k miles on them. Two of them are still running after I sold each for 1000.00.

Mazda made some good trucks back then.

Well I can honestly say, so far I love it. And I think as long as I keep up maintenance, change the oil and stuff, I'm going to get my money and then some out of it. Just want it to snow so I can play. hehehehe..
