Default A true floating worm

Any worms out there that truly float with a 3/0 hook.. the elaztech from strike king does - but wanted some more options

want to c-rig with a bigger worm than there 7" finesse worm (it really floats withe the hook and fluorocarbon leader)

Tried zoom trick worms, Davis shaky head worms... they both float until you put the hook in... then down to the bottom they go!!!!

TIA

Hi DeliReb. I have an idea for you if you can find them. Many years ago, I purchased several of what can only be described as wooden bullet weights. I don't know who made them but maybe someone in here would know. Anyways, I use these to make a large worm stay at the surface. It can make a large worm look like a small snake swimming around. Simply peg it to your line like a bullet sinker and you have your floating worm. Also, you can reverse the wooden float and use the cup end to cause a bit of a splash with the worm like a popper would.

um im not sure on a c-rig but on a texas rig a 12 inch jelly worm(mann's) will stand straight up with the tail up...... head wont float up like you are talkin about, but its so big it gets the job done, definately will draw attention, that was with a 5/0

Custom pour worms can be made to float. Any style, any color, any size. I have a friend that does that, I won't post here, as it's a conflict with board sponsors. You can get them that float horizontal, head up or tail up, what ever you want. Most guys that do plastics should be able to fix you up.

BassProShops sells a foam version of these.
