Yeah I gotta agree with Moose just this past summer my stepdad and I were fishing on the stanislaus river. He caught a 22 pound striper on an ultra light with 6 pound test and a 4 inch Rapala

We have stripers, wipers and white bass in brookville lake,
I cant imagine getting in a 22lb striper on light line, must taken forever
and wore that drag out!

last spring my dad and i were crappie fishing on grand lake, he caught an 18# blue cat on a falcon crappie rod and 4# test p-line. that fight lasted quite a while.
