I have a few questions. I am new to bass fishing and would like to know how to rig a t-rig and a c-rig? Also, any techniques on fishing thick hydrilla?

Take a look at the high pressure vs low pressure thread-I posted a couple of links there that will show you the difference.

Thick hydrilla-you have several options. One is to use a weedless frog like a Scum Frog. Throw it up on the mat and pull it back, and try to hit any open water pockets with it. Bass will often blow up through it. Use heavy tackle and line-digging them out is usually neccessary. One of my favorite tactics is to take a soft bait like a Tiki Stick-a Senko type bait-up on the mat and then pull it off the edge of the mat into the water-just rig it like a T-rig but use no weight. A spinnerbait can be deadly around the edges, as can a buzzbait.
