Please Stop Snowing Already!
Well, we just got slammed with another 6-8" of snow in CT. last night. > I wish it would stop already! We just got teased earlier this week when temps hit mid 50's, and I thought spring was finally on its way. This morning it's 33 degrees with an expected high today of 43 degrees. I guess I'll have to hang in there a little longer. It's killing me :'( to watch all these fishing shows on t.v. and to see that some of you guys on the board are already bass fishing tourneys. I guess I'll just have to sort through my tackle some more.

Re: Please Stop Snowing Already!
Next week it is supposed to be around 60 here in west PA. Might go for the first time this year. Any body know if you need a PA license to fish a private lake here in PA?

zooker[/quote] I've thought about it zooker, but I'm a teacher and CT. is the second highest-paying state in the U.S. for teachers. I make 2 to 3 times the pay that a teacher in N.C. does, and with my vacation time I can always plan a fishing trip down south once in awhile. |

If someone doesn't like Maine, they should leave. We won't miss them. ;D

i could not agree with you more, Me living in Minnesota, not too much warm months here. but in the winter time there is always ice fishing and snowmobiling that the south does not have a chance to do |

Re: Please Stop Snowing Already!
ya, that is the down side, i love to snowboard, i learned a while back and the only thing that comes close to it is either wakeboarding or grass slidding(kinda made the name up, its when you take either cardboard, a skateboard with the trucks and wheels and everything off, or an actual snowboard and go to a big hill, i usually go to a bridge where the sides slope, and then you slide down it.) there both fun, but it feels alot better to whipe out in snow then it does on grass or water. and you really cant experience the same feeling.
