Default Sam Rayburn heating up

Big Sam continues a slow fall afler close to a month and a half with no significant rain fall. Along with the two or so weeks of unseasonably hot temperatures and blue bird skies one might think it better to stay home, however I am not one of those people, Bass are still biting and biting aggresively. The mornings have been good howver I continue to catch fish through out the day. hot baits right now have been watermelon baby brush hogs and watermelon red flukes. Although Many anglers are catching bass on a variety of baits. My best pattern has been to target brush in 6 to 8 feet of water and brush alog creek channels. Good luck and remember you cant catch em sitting onthe couch.
