Default insane fishing spot

while fishing in the club tourny sat. we were fishing near the dam. -near as in out side the danger buoys- they were drawing water thru the over flow gates. and this guy-i have no idea who-was fishing the rip rap that is stacked up AGAINST the dam it self. he was positioning the boat right in front of the over flow gate. not once but TWICE we seen him in there.

now i may be crazy enough to fish tail races. but i know the generating times. but i aint going inside those danger buoys for nothing. they were not put there becuase it was nice and safe. this dam in particular has NO warning horns or lights to indecate them opening the flood gates.-it swamped 3 boats last summer -they are opened by remote there is no one watching to see if the area is clear when they open and the controls are 30-45 miles away.

this guy has either no brains or is dumber than a box-and a half -of rocks.

I see people at wheeler dam actually go under part of the dam. It looks like doors, out of which water sometimes runs, and they will go in the doors when the water is off. It is crazy how close they get.

wtl
it was on the other side of the doors i am talking about. if he tossed a dew bottle over the side of his boat it would have landed at the bottom of the dam tail race

02 tail race is the part of a dam the the damed up water flows out of normally very fast very very dangerous.
