Hey is if any one is looking for some good new music to listen to you should check out shooter jennings. My friend who works at universal hooked me up with a copy of his cd and I can't stop listening to it. He is a southern rocker and his music really rocks. Shooter is the son of Waylon Jennings. I'll be sure to check him out. It seems like the rock flood gates have opened just a bit the past few weeks, a lot of new albums coming out from the white stripes, foo fighters, garbage, billy corgan, offspring, dave matthews, audioslave and I'm sure I'm forgetting a couple.

i saw shooter in concert on sat. 6-4 and the show was awsome. he was playing with phil vassar, jo dee messina and MONTGOMERY GENTRY at the 92.5xtu concert. it was quite a show. He will be back in camden nj opening up for toby keith on the 4th of July. can't wait to go see him again.

I would go to see Montgomery Gentry or Toby Keith. Has anyone seen Toby Keiths music video for his new song " I aint as good as I once was" ??? Thats a good song! But if you want some REAL country go up to Wal-Mart and buy a Merrle Hagger or a George Jones cd.

I hate how these kids of really famous rockstars try to do the same thing as their dad but they have a leg up on everyone else since they have all of their dad's connections. I think they should make it on their own from the ground up like their parents did. That way they would really know that they are good if they've made it to the top.

Amen to that LoneStar, There are only a few people that I know that are actualy good that are the sons of famous singers. Hank Williams Jr. is realy goos and he is the son of Hank Williams Sr. (one of the greatest country singers of all time). And to tell you the truth I cant even think of another.

Thanks for checking out shooter. I know that he is not like his dad but I have a rock background and I appreciate the fact that shooter is bringing an edge to country music.
