Default gas prices

Thank goodness they are coming down. It's 100 miles one way to my cabin. Seeing that I go every other weekend these high prices keeps me from buying baits and other important fishing related items. Plus the gas for the boat. I was wondering if I should just rent a boat instead of taking mine. It's just a 14ft. The only downside to renting is no trolling motor. Mine is bolted down on a stainless plate. Decisions, decisions.

I keep reading about how they're coming down, but I'm not seeing it. The gas station that I patronize hasn't dropped as much as one penny, having been stuck at $2.35 for weeks.

Its dropped about 20 something cents here. Taxes probably have alot to do with it as well as the features of the local marketplace. Glad to see we are looking at building a new refinery, drilling more in our hemisphere and looking into getting some more nuclear energy plants. It all needs to be done, but done right.

Down here, diesel is still 2.04, and I have seen regular as cheap as 1.92.

Unleaded regular has dropped out here to, $2.31 from $2.53. It took almost a month or more to drop in price.

That is a DROP? I am glad I don't live in California. For a number of reasons, of course, but those gas prices are outrageous!

2.06 for reg and 2.39 for diesel. A 14' shouldn't add that much to MPG. I only vary 1-1.5 MPG w/ my 17' on. 8)
