WNYKFA 1st ANNUAL HEROES ON THE WATER BENEFIT KAYAK FISHING TOURNAMENT

This is the first announcement for the Western NY Kayak Fishing Association 1st Annual Heroes on the Water Benefit Kayak Fishing Tournament to be held on the morning of Saturday, 25 September 2010 at Waterloo Harbor Campground and Fuzzy Guppies Human Powered Watercraft (official sponsor) in Waterloo, NY, on the Seneca River. This Western NY Kayak Fishing Association event is being held in conjunction with the 2nd Annual Waterloo Harbor Chili Cook Off.

The proceeds of this tournament will be benefiting Heroes On the Water, a non-profit organization that assists veterans’ rehabilitative programs by offering kayak fishing trips and adaptive paddling training for our nations wounded warriors.

The format is catch-photograph, and release and categories will be for Bass and Northern Pike. RV spots, tent camping, and cabins are available.

More details to follow, entry fee, prizes, etc., ASAP.
