Default G Loomis Baitcaser Rods Never fished!

I am a long time Bassfishin.com member in good standing. I normally don’t sell any of my items but the time has come to thin out the lot and let others enjoy. I will say right up front, I will not consider Paypal as a method of payment. I only use my Paypal account for buying off of eBay. I don’t know what happen with Paypal but they suck. Again hate to be firm on the topic but NO PayPal on any terms. This is a heck of a deal for the right person that can appreciate the benefits of working a Loomis rod.

I have bought off of this board before and I will accept a Western Union payment or a money order. I cannot ship them until the money order clears though. I will have these listed on other sites and local so I have the right to remove the listing. Shipping is $25.00 ground and I have the tube. In fact I think I still have the loomis tubes that these came in.

G Loomis Baitcaster Rods

GLX MBR 842C / 7’ Medium GLX
IMX MBR 783C / 6’6” Medium Heavy

Both rods are about one year old and have Never been fished! I rigged them and cast into my swimming pool only. Both rods are 100% free of scratches, nicks etc. Anything in the picture is either a reflection or dust. Thinning out and need to sell both. Adult owned.

$325.00 for the pair. Prefer to not break up.

Specs:

These are the rods that started it all for GLoomis in the bass fishing world. Based on levels of performance, these rods were and remain on the cutting edge of graphite technology today. They are no-nonsense, no frills, high performance fishing tools. Fuji reel seats, cork grips and the best guides available to give anglers the lightest, most sensitive rods in the business. There are four levels of graphite performance available in the most popular models. The Mag Bass Rod, "MBR" series of 6'6" & 7' bass casting rods were originally developed for increased casting distance & deep-water applications. The term MAG came from their magnum tapers that generate a lot of power and provide excellent fish-fighting capability. Longer rear-cork grips help provide leverage and balance. They are excellent for pitching or overhand casting and are unbelievably strong for such light weight rods. These rods were originally designed to fish for bass, but as anglers will experiment many have found them to be excellent for walleye, pike, freshwater stripers, redfish and snook – a testament to their light weight and sensitivity, not to mention unbelievable power. You will be amazed at the versatility of these rods!

Default Why not PayPal

Well to start with the fee's and customer service. The other is I bought an item off of eBay that was fine and the seller was fine but Pay Pal charged my account twice. Granted it was only $60.00 but it took three months to get the second charge back and they froze my account in the meantime for a few weeks. They ended up saying they were sorry but when it all came down they handled it very badly.

Not to mention customer service is oversee's now and I hate that even more.

They played the “We are a big company and you are not card” Sorry but I don't have patience for that kind of stuff.

Why do you ask do you want to buy them?

You can avoid the fee on Paypal by making it a gift. It just gives the buyer no protection. Neither Western Union nor the money order give them any protection either, but Paypal would be faster.

Sez their all "cheapndale" dancers, not because of the obvious play on words but because of the tough economy they don't expect paper money in the g-string just stick a coin anywhere it will fit. Sez they're avail for private bookings!! Might want to consider for DH!!!

Relisted the rods. Going to dig in deep and sell quite a bit of stuff over the weekend. I might even be putting the old boat up not sure yet. Trying to donate to a university to get them to start a Bass Fishing Team.

OK Rods are not going to sell so I am ending the listing. They are no longer available for sale. I guess Christmas has gotten the best of everyone and their cash.

We are shocked to find out that one of the schools that we are talking to about donating the boat is killing their existing fishing program. We have another one we are talking to trying to start one. That is really too bad and the school killing their program is asking that we don't say who it is. They will do so on their own terms.

Glad to see you're still around. I bet if you went over to TT, where you'll find most anglers who have the $$$ to buy what you're selling would probably take everything off of your hands in 10 minutes flat. I'd try there.

There is a 100 post count minimum to list items in the classifieds on Tackle Tour.
